This program is for people who are hamstrung by limited hours and/or a limited budget. 

People have expressed interest in personal training, but said that they cannot afford a one-on-one training program! 

Others have said that they would love to join a boot camp, but they don't have time to fit an hour long workout in their schedule, or that the hours we have available for boot camp don't fit their schedule. 

For those of you with these dilemmas, we have listened, and we have solved your problem.  We are going to limit our boot camps to 1 from 6am-7am, 1 from 7am-8am, 1 from 5:30pm-6:30pm and 1 from 6:30pm-7:30pm, on M,W,F, with a beginners boot camp on Tuesday and Thursdays at 5:30pm. 

If your schedule fits these boot camps, then please give us a call and join a boot camp. 

If these times don't work for you, or if you are looking for more individualized workouts with the budget of a boot camp, then please consider our new 1/2 Hour Partner Program. 

Give us a time that you would like to come in 3 times per week and pay only $150 per 4 weeks for 12, 1/2 hour sessions with a partner. 

 

----Basics of the Program:

    -Half hour training sessions 3 x's per week

    -Workout with a partner and get peer motivation

    -Pay only $150/person for 12 sessions.
