Are you tired of the same old cardio routine you have been through a million times!  Try a HIIT session with a new type of                                                     cardio to change things up and really challenge your body!

Here is an example:

If you are currently jogging for 3miles, then change it up and do a HIIT session of swimming 50m and then resting for 1minute.                                             HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training.  This simply means to push your body really hard for a short period,                                                             30sec-2min, and then to move slowly and let your heart rate come down for an equivalent amount of time.

This small change to your workout will do wonders for you as it will cause your metabolism to work at a higher rate thoughout the day!
