So you want to get in shape?  Here is a quick, easy tip to help you lose some pounds fast.

Stop multi-tasking while you are eating!  Think about the last snack you had.  Was it a candy bar while typing on your computer at work?  Maybe you ate lunch in front of the T.V. or maybe you are one of those super safe drivers who eats breakfast while taking your kids to school in the morning.

Quit trying to multi-task and eat at the same time and you will be amazed at how much less your body really needs.  It is easy to sit in front of a T.V. screen and down a bowl of ice cream at night.  It is also easy to pop a bag of popcorn to watch a movie with.  Others like to get on the internet while they eat lunch.  When you eat and multi-task you don't pay attention to how much food you are eating because your mind is focused on other things. 

Try eating without multi-tasking for a few days and tell me how your eating habits change.  I bet you will be suprised at the different potion sizes that you eat, which will translate into you feeling and looking better.
