Do you wonder why you are not seeing changes?  Maybe you are seeing changes, but they are not at the rate you had hoped.  It's because you have not been exercising!  It's true.  I bet if you look back over the last two weeks you will find out that you have not been exercising enough.  It is so easy to find excuses not to work out and you just might be finding so many of them that you are not working out at all!  Life gets busy.  Between family, work and other obligations, finding time to workout can be difficult.  What you need to do is start building your workout into your schedule.  Set aside a specific time to workout.  If you are already working with me then you have atleast a couple of your workout times set in stone, but what about getting your homework done?  It is amazing how easy it is to make excuses to not workout..."I am just going to take today off"..."I had a late night last night, I will make this workout up tomorrow"..."My mother in law came in town and I just didn't have time".  Cut these excuses off by building your workout into your schedule.  If you do that then you will no longer be looking for that random hour in your day to go workout.  When you go to schedule a meeting you can plan it around your workout.  You and your spouse can determine who will pick up or drop off the kids based around your workout schedule.  All of these are good reasons to miss a workout, if you allow them to be!  Start scheduling your workouts into your week and you will be amazed at the results you see because you will actually be working towards achieving them.

I hope everyone had a great weekend, and I hope you are getting excited about our upcoming fitness boot camps, I know I sure am!

Make it a great day San Antonio!
