8/9/10 Have you wondered what MPT's Small Group Personal Training/Fitness Boot Camp looks like? Ever thought about joining but then reconsidered because it was a little foreign in concept and made you nervous? Well here is a short clip to give you a little feel for what our boot camp workouts are like:
You'll notice that the workout is intense, moving from exercise to exercise with rest only when it is appropriate. At the same time, our trainer, in this case Danielle who is our morning boot camp instructor, is able to keep an eye on everyone and is able to give directions to the boot camp participants and correct their form as they go through the workout. If you would like to come in and give one of our workouts a try, please do so.
