Hey guys, I wanted to share a quick testimonial with you from one of my clients.  Ernest is a youth pastor, who at 21 years old, had a heart attack.  Check out his before and after picture and take a few minutes to read his testimonial.

Most people would say that there’s no way a 21 year old could have a heart attack; but unfortunately that’s exactly what happened to me this past February. It was all those years of unhealthy eating and not exercising that pushed my body over the edge. A doctor can only tell you so much before you personally decide change needs to happen. And it wasn’t until after being released from the hospital that I knew things needed to change for me.  After a whole night of searching the Internet for personal trainers, I came across Motivational Personal Training. I figured this was probably your typical studio, just out to get your money. But that thought soon changed after my first meeting with Nick. It was during that first consultation that I began to realize that anything I wanted to accomplish was within my reach. After signing up for personal training, I knew I had a hard road ahead of me. With doctor’s orders to loose 40-50 pounds, Nick and myself began working hard. And it wasn’t soon after that I started to see results.  And now, about 5 months in, I have already passed my 30 pound weight loss mark. Not only do I feel great physically, but having lost this much weight gives me a great sense of accomplishment. There’s just no way I could have done this on my own. MPT gives me that extra push I need to remind myself why I started in the first place. I could say that MPT really saved my life. Literally.
