I am writing this blog from a Starbucks Coffee using their free wi-fi.  I love Starbucks.  Not because I am a coffee drinker, but because it allows me a quiet place to grab a quick bite to eat and get a ton of work done!

I just logged onto the wi-fi here and the Starbucks menu is the first thing that pops up (very smart marketing), but I started looking at the nutritional info of their drinks and food.  Honestly, most of the drinks are not too bad, no worse than a coke in most circumstances.

However, I wonder how many people forget to factor their once or twice daily starbucks stop into their nutritional programs.  Just 1 Dark Cherry Mocha is over 300 calories!  Do that twice a day as a 130lbs woman and you have just sucked away 15+% of your daily caloric intake.  That's not even the highest calorie drink they have!

I don't want to scare anyone away from Starbucks...you can easily factor it into your nutritional program, but don't neglect to account for it either!  That daily Iced Caffe Latte maybe what keeps you from losing weight and just maintaining.
