Today has been a weird day.  It is only the second time Sarah and I have been away from each other for the weekend, since we got married!

So, while I am missing her, I have taken advantage of a slow Saturday by working and getting a great workout in for myself.

Sometimes we get so rapped up in life, we forget to kick back and enjoy the little things.

Well today I got to enjoy a nice slow workout and it felt great!

If you have not taken some time to just enjoy a workout then try to do it this weekend.

Break from your routine for a day and just do a simple workout that you enjoy!
