10/22/08 When you started with your fitness program, you should have written down what the goals were that you wanted to achieve. If you didn't write them down, you probably still had goals that you wanted to achieve. Today is as good a day as any to re-evaluate your goals and determine if you are doing what is necessary to achieve those goals. A fitness program can be difficult. You can do great working out, but you can eat poorly. You could lift weights like a mad man/woman, but you could shy away from doing cardio. There is no doubt that we all have our strengths and weaknesses. So, today, sit down and make sure that your old goals have been achieved or are being worked towards. Also, make new goals and make sure that you have an effective plan on how to achieve them. If you need help creating a plan, remember that I am only a phone call or e-mail away!
