The MPT Fitness Boot Camp is a great way for people of all sizes and age groups to get in shape.
Boot camp is a high intensity, circuit style workout, that includes both resistance training as well as cardio training.
The goal of our fitness boot camp is to help people lose body fat and add lean muscle mass.
If you are looking to bulk up, this boot camp is not for you.
If you are looking for a bodybuilding program, this boot camp is not for you.
If however, you are looking for a program that will kick your rear-end and get you looking and feeling better in a short period of time, then THIS BOOT CAMP IS FOR YOU!

We do limit the boot camps to a maximum of 8 people, so if you are considering joining (especially 6am and 5:30pm boot camps) then do so quickly to reserve a spot!
