MPT Small Group Personal Training/Fitness Boot Camps are a great way for people of all sizes and age groups to get in shape.

 

 

We understand that the term Boot Camp my intimidate people based on images of a drill sargent yelling and classes with 20-50 people in each group watching you workout. That is why we have named our programs, Small Group Personal Training.

 

 

MPT's Small Group Personal Training is better than any Fitness Boot Camp in town because it is a mix between the private attention of one-on-one personal training with the fun and positive influence of a boot camp where others who are just like you will help push you to achieve your fitness goals.

 

 

In MPT's Small Group Personal Training, you won't become just a number as you would in some Boot Camp.  Here you will be part of a team of 8 or less people, who want to achieve the same goals you do.

 

 

If you are looking for a program that will kick your rear-end and get you looking and feeling better in a short period of time, then THIS PROGRAM IS FOR YOU!

 

 

Below is a list of the small groups that are already set up for June.  If you are ready to become a part of one of these small groups, then sign up today.

 

We do limit the small groups to a maximum of 8 people, so if you are considering joining (especially 6am and 5:30pm groups) then do so quickly to reserve a spot!

I know that many of you may be intimidated to start in a small group because you are new to working out or you are not sure which group would be right for you.

Is Boot Camp too Expensive?

I know that $175 is not cheap!  But our services are worth it, because they will get you the results you are looking for!

If you just absolutely cannot afford to pay $175, then there are still options open to you!

1) Refer a friend-  For each friend you refer, we will give you an $80 discount on your boot camp!

2) Start your own custom fitness boot camp!- The cost is significantly lower per person and one of our trainers will come to you!

The Early Bird Small Group

Start Date: Monday, June 29th

Days: M,W,F

Time: 6am-7am

Location: Thousand Oaks Studio & Research Dr. Studio

Cost: $175 for first time clients and $155 for returning clients.

Who: This group is a mix of men and women ranging in age from early 20's to mid 50's. If you are looking for a group to push you, this is it!  The people in this Small Group are Studs at both the Thousand Oaks and Research Dr. locations.

Early Evening

Start Date: Monday, June 29th

Days: M,W,F

Time: 5:30pm-6:30pm

Location: Thousand Oaks Studio & Research Dr. Studio

Cost: $175 for first time clients and $155 for returning clients.

Who: This is a great group of hard working indivuals who have formed a good friendship at both the Thousand Oaks location as well as the Research Dr location.  We would love to have you join them and see exactly how to workout and get in great shape.

Late Evening

Start Date: Monday, June 29th

Days: M,W,F

Time: 6:30pm-7:30pm

Location: Thousand Oaks Studio & Research Dr. Studio

Cost: $175 for first time clients and $155 for returning clients.

Who: This group has grown to be very popular in the last few months at the Thousand Oaks Location.  We have only a few spots open for the next boot camp session, so if you are interested in a spot at the 6:30pm camp, then call soon!  The Research Drive location is expected to have a larger group at 6:30pm in the next boot camp session, but right now is very small, so if you are looking to have a more private workout, this would be a great place and great time to start!
