You have heard it a hundred times. Water has 0 calories, other drinks have lots of calories. Cut out the other drinks (alcohol, cokes, coffee) and you will be healthier and you will lose weight. Well I am not here to preach to the choir, I just want to give you some numbers to reinforce the idea: 1 Coke = 120 calories 1 Coke/Day = 43,800 calories/year 43,800 calories = 12.51 pounds of body fat If you are trying to lose body fat and look better why are you still avoiding water?
