MPT Small Group Personal Training/Fitness Boot Camps are a great way for people of all sizes and age groups to get in shape.
We understand that the term Boot Camp my intimidate people based on images of a drill sargent yelling and classes with 20-50 people in each group watching you workout. That is why we have named our programs, Small Group Personal Training.
MPT's Small Group Personal Training is better than any Fitness Boot Camp in town because it is a mix between the private attention of one-on-one personal training with the fun and positive influence of a boot camp where others who are just like you will help push you to achieve your fitness goals.
In MPT's Small Group Personal Training, you won't become just a number as you would in some Boot Camp. Here you will be part of a team of 8 or less people, who want to achieve the same goals you do.

Below is a list of the small groups that are already set up for January. If you are ready to become a part of one of these small groups, then sign up today.
We do limit the small groups to a maximum of 8 people, so if you are considering joining (especially 6am and 5:30pm groups) then do so quickly to reserve a spot!

The Early Bird Small Group Start Date: Jan. 5th Days: M,W,F Time: 6am-7am Location: MPT Training Studio Cost: $175 for first time clients and $155 for returning clients. Who: This group is a mix of men and women ranging in age from early 20's to mid 50's. If you are looking for a group to push you, this is it! The people in this Small Group are Studs!
The Late Risers Start Date: Jan. 5th Days: M,W,F Time:7am-8am Location: MPT Training Studio Cost: $175 for first time clients and $155 for returning clients. Who: This is a group of hard working women that get a great workout and do an awesome job of pushing themselves.
Early Evening Start Date: Jan. 5th Days: M,W,F Time: 5:30pm-6:30pm Location: MPT Training Studio Cost: $175 for first time clients and $155 for returning clients. Who: This is a group of women and 1 brave man. This is a great group of nice people who really work hard during their workouts.
Late Evening Start Date: Jan. 5th Days: M,W,F Time: 6:30pm-7:30pm Location: MPT Training Studio Cost: $175 for first time clients and $155 for returning clients. Who: This is a new group this January. Currently we have 1 man and 2 women signed up to be a part of this small group. If you are looking to get started with a group of others who are just starting in their small group, this would be a great group to join.
