Motivational Personal Training (MPT) - Corporate Fitness Boot Camp MPT's Corporate Fitness Boot Camp is a program designed to help people of all fitness levels improve their current fitness condition while increasing group camaraderie. MPT's Corporate Fitness Boot Camp is a result based program, which means we will measure progress on each individual by taking weight measurements as well as recording changes in body composition. Each workout will be completely unique, using various forms of cardiovascular exercises as well as resistance exercises to obtain optimum results for each client. MPT will also provide nutritional guidance to help participants in the MPT Corporate Fitness Boot Camp reach their fitness goals. The boot camp will last 3 weeks and will meet 2, 3 or 4x/week (based on the groups decision). MPT will also provide participants with "homework" that will help the participants obtain their results more quickly.
Objectives: To get participants from your company to decrease their body fat, improve lean muscle mass and look better. In the process, the MPT Corporate Fitness Boot Camp will help members of your company connect better with one another and become a better "team" unit. Methods: MPT's Corporate Fitness Boot Camp will meet 2, 3 or 4x/week and will provide clients with an additional 2 days of "homework" and a nutritional guide to allow clients to reach their fitness goals. During the weekly meetings, exercises will be conducted that will move the clients closer to reaching their goal of a leaner, healthier body that looks better by reducing body fat and increasing lean muscle mass. A typical workout will consist of a dynamic warm-up that will slowly increase the participant's heart rate and prepare the muscles for the workout. Following the warm-up the group will move into the meat of the workout, which will change each session. One day we may do a circuit style workout program that uses dumbbells to accelerate heart rate and stimulate muscles. Another day may consist of various team activities such as relay races and push-up competitions. The end of each workout will be spent stretching out the muscles used during each workout and will also be used to discuss nutrition and how each individual can improve their eating habits to obtain great results. The homework will be laid out in a simple to understand language so that even those new to working out will be able to understand their assignments. The overall method used by MPT's Fitness Boot Camp is to increase lean muscle mass which will increase the resting metabolic rate of each participant. This will lead to a reduction in body fat, leaving each participant looking better with firm muscles and a smaller waist line. Evaluation: Each participant will have their weight and body composition measured on the first and last day of the fitness boot camp to track the progress made during the fitness boot camp. Qualifications of MPT: Motivational Personal Training (MPT) is a private personal training company in San Antonio that has been in operation since May 2007. The owner and head personal trainer, Nicholas Wood has been working as a personal trainer since May 2006 and has been employed at recognized locations such as Bally Total Fitness and the Texas A&M Recreation Center before opening Motivational Personal Training. Mr. Wood has a BA from Texas A&M and has been certified as a personal trainer by the American Council on Exercise. Mr. Wood has trained hundreds of clients and you can find referrals from various clients attached to this proposal. Timetable: MPT's Corporate Fitness Boot Camp will last for the duration of 3 weeks, meeting 2, 3 or 4x/week. ***It is advised that a program of at least 12 weeks be established to obtain desired fitness goals. Equipment: All equipment including bottled water and towels will be provided by MPT. Location: Sessions can be held in your place of business, in a local park, or in the MPT Fitness Studio. That decision is up to you. Budget: The cost for the 3 week MPT Corporate Fitness Boot Camp is $80/participant for 2x/week, $105/participant for 3x/week or $125/participant for 4x/week. If you have a group that is larger than 8 people, prices will be negotiable.
